Aw
guys. Very glad to have been able to help out this weekend. The OKP is a super-special place, and we’re all very lucky to be a part of it.
I’m really looking forward to Springtime and the upcoming Tour.
It’s still pretty easy peasy at the office since I’m just writing some technical documents for the main boss dude, who’s been in Germany for like 5 days. Hoping I won’t have to travel for work again til sometime after Summer tour, hee hee.
Finally got a cup of coffee
. This whole time change kicked my ass this morning. I have to get used to getting up an hour earlier. Leg two dates today or tomorrow!!! I guess it depends on how many tickets were sold this weekend…
Good morning folks. I can’t tell what I’m feeling today, so best to just ignore myself and get on with it. Coffee’s all you need to know, Kevin, head down, keep working.
Time change = teh SUCK!
I had a pretty AWESOME day yesterday though even after only getting a few hours sleep ![]()
Slept til around 9 yesterday morning. Got up and went to a champagne brunch with a few of my friends. Bloody Marys. Fried crab claws. chicken salad and fresh fruit. Eggs Benedict. popovers. oh yeah . . .and a few bottles of champagne. DELICIOUS!
Went and got some sun by my friends pool.
Oh and I went to see Snoop Dogg last night. Might have been one of the funnest times ever with some of my oldest friends. Just between the crowd and gettin’ down . . .it was pretty fantastic

Just overall a pretty fantastic day!
Now, I’m almost finished packing up the rest of my life because I leave for Vermont in less than a week!!!
HAVE AN AWESOME DAY PA’!!!
Hope your today is as good as my yesterday!!!
Mornin all!
Loves all around for each and everyone of you!
Hope the world does not end in a few short months…

Eh, yeah it sucks losing an hour of sleep, but I just LOVE when it switches to DST. Days are an hour longer on top of the extra daylight that you are gaining anyway. Yesterday was so nice, and if I had a gas grill, I would have grilled. I just didn’t feel like fucking with charcoal. But yeah DST = awesome.
Are you trying to make me cry over here? God, I am so unbelievably, mind-blowingly jealous of you right now, seriously. You don’t even understand. I’m gonna have to come make a visit sometime next winter and maybe learn how to ski. I’ll at least go snowshoe hiking though. That’s my shit.
It’s gonna be funny when you get there, though! Here’s a couple photos to give you an idea…

Driveway at the home of a guy I know living in the Mad River Valley.

Same guy’s Ford Taurus. Yep, that’s a Ford Taurus under all that snow.
Those pictures are from about a week ago. Enjoy!

Morning Pa. The horror in Japan is really getting to me, and it seems like it’s only going to get worse. Donated some money to the International Red Cross, and will probably take some time next week to donate blood. Just feel like I have to do something.
^Great pix Edward. Love the color of the sky after a snow like that. Interesting how this planet of ours can be so hostile and so sublime all at the same time.
Watched the first half of the ABB live stream on MSG last night and it was pretty nice. Trucks and Haynes are really good together.
Have a great day people.
Mornin…
Loves to all!
My positive Vibes ((()))) are being sent to those overseas in need!
Hope this day finds you all in a good way!!
Morning, Pa.
It’s a dreary, rainy day that started WAY too early. All I want in this world is to climb back into my bed, but gotta press on.
Hope your weeks are starting out well. I’m still kinda recovering from my 5k this weekend. As far as energy and any soreness (which I didn’t have thanks to a yoga class after the run), I’m perfectly fine, but my left knee’s still a little sore after it sits unused for a while. 45 mins on the eliptical this morning probably isn’t helping things
I ended up finishing much faster than I anticipated. I ran it in 38 minutes, which isn’t great compared to the 150 or so people in front of me, but I’m more than pleased with how I did. I anticipated at minimum an hour if not an hour and a half to finish. It was hilly as FUCK and I did have to walk briefly the the peaks of about 3 hills. I simply ran outta gas before reaching the top, but I picked back up with the run on the downside. I definitely could have benefited from a month or so of preparation, but all in all, I’m happy with how I did. Not setting any world records by any means, but definitely an accomplishment for someone who never thought they could run a mile, much less 3.14. All I know is that if I can do it, ANYBODY can
Busy week ahead and rocking out to Cactus on Sunday
Be well, all!
Mornin Pa… sunrise in Florida… feels like midnight! ![]()

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIgh.
Hi!
Mornin!
Loves!
Having a good day all!
Ollie, do you go to the Y to work out? I went in there to ask about getting a membership and when they told me the prices, I’m pretty sure my eyes popped out of my head. Great facility and everything, and great location, but I just can’t do it at that kind of price. Oh well, soon I’ll be at a university that actually has a gym that I can use. AB-Tech only lets you use the gym for two hours every morning from like 8:30 to 10:30, and even if I didn’t have class at that time, my ass would NOT be in there that early. I have to get the blood flowing before I get the blood flowing really fast, ya know?
Good morning, it’s me. Kevin. Just thought I’d say “good morning”. It might be time for a quick bowl of golden grahams. Or maybe just a quick bowl.
“Listen up, this is the busiest drinking day of the year. Where are the designated drivers? Beat it! I got no room for cheapskates.”
Home for the next couple of days, straightening things up and waiting for friends to arrive for the weekend. Captain Dyno and the Lovely and Talented Pam (LTP) arrived tonight for a St Patty’s Day feast. The Chief Inspector Lizzard and the Middle Sized Woman (MSW) get in from Providence tomorrow afternoon. And then we all meet up for a Mexican dinner with the General Stump and Sugar tomorrow night before Bromberg. There will be much tomfoolery to say the least.
Have a great St Patty’s Day O’Keepa.
Man I’m a bundle of fucking nerves this morning. So much shit to do and it apparently all needs to be done RIGHT NOW and there’s just not enough time.
But, tonight I’m going to play some music with some guys I’ve never played with followed by streaming Mike’s show and Spartan basketball. So I can’t complain too much.
Good morning OKP! Just the same old song and dance today, and by that, I mean having a window open on my computer to watch the games!
Happy St. Paddy’s day!
Yes. We joined about 1.5 years ago. For one person, it’s expensive, but for $66/month, we have a family membership and that makes it much more economical. We actually joined for the one in south Asheville, the Reuter YMCA which is nice as FUCK. The facilities are top notch because they’re only 5 years old and smack dab in the middle of Yuppieville. I never even went to the downtown Y until maybe 3 weeks ago. It’s alright, but it looks like a shithole compared to the Reuter Y, ha. I’m definitely using the downtown one more because it’s only 5 minutes from my house, but the Reuter Y is a mile from my office which is also convenient on work days. Either way, we’re very happy with it and it’s been nice to have access to everything the past few months while working my way back to healthy. Still an eon away from healthy, but getting closer everyday
Good morning Pa.
Slow work morning so far, but it’s a nice change from the crazy morning we had at home. We forgot to spring my daughter’s clock forward, so she woke up 20 minutes before time to leave. The dog Houdini’ed out of the kennel I was determined she was going to remain in all day…little bitch. Then to top it all off, the laundry room is off the kitchen and Holt laid Makenzie’s soccer jersey on the stove where I had only 5 minutes before cooked oatmeal. So not only is there a basketball sized hole through the shirt, but he quite possibly ruined my stove top.
So yeah, Happy St. Patrick’s Day. I already need a drink!
