^^I’m really torn about it. Typically, when I’m this undecided over something emotional like this, I’ll sit down with my good ole I Ching and toss the coins a few times to interpret myself.
I am confident that YOU of all people will make the right decision.
I know I have endured people who were not necessarily welcome at holiday dinners before for the good of the family. However, there have been those occasions when the one sour grape ruined it for the entire family.
So I don’t know how severe the situation is with this dude, but im sure your daughter and grand daughter would want to be with the fam on turkey day.
Just let me know when they’re supposed to show up and I’ll jump this dude and the door for ya, I’m a big dude, he’ll run screamin

I can’t even afford to entertain thoughts like this about Thanksgiving even jokingly. It’s unbelievable how I’m bouncing back and forth on this issue in my head. Maybe I need to set down with a bottle and some bud and put this behind us this weekend one way or a nuther.

At home, the OKP runs very very slow in Firefox, and I hate it so much that I use Internet Explorer for OKP. And I can’t use tabbed browsing at home because I’m using Windows 2000 at home. Any ideas, anyone? Should I stage this compliant in a different subforum of the board?
Also at home, and at work, I’m going crazy. At the moment I’m not doing especially well on the family front, and both my jobs make me too depressed and busy. Not enjoying myself.

I was actually kind of miffed at myself for relishing in the thought of you bouncing this guy out of my house. I derived much too much pleasure from it and I was mad at myself for that.

I’m just randomly up right now cuz one of my drunk friends was calling me saying “you know Phish tickets are on sale in 4 hours don’t you???” and I was all “yes, you fucking drunk. I’ve been waiting for this for two weeks, I’ve already been passed out for 3 hours in hopes that I get woken up by one of the 7 alarms I arranged for 8’oclock this morning.”

A good Monday morning to everyone, if that’s even possible.
Went and visited a couple of NJ lighthouses yesterday as part of the annual NJ “Lighthouse Challenge”. Some people did all 13 stops, driving over 450 miles in two days to stop at all of the lighthouses in the state. We went to the two overlooking NY bay, and I took a bunch of great pictures that I’ll post later this week. Was a fun day with friends out in the sun and freah air, but I don’t know whether I could get into driving the whole state to do this as Marie and her friend want to do next year. The friends husband and I kind of rolled our eyes at the thought of running in and out of lighthouses for two days straight, but then again, who knows.

welp, in just a bit I’m getting picked up by a friend…gotta drive her car 2.5 hours to court and back today, since she technically doesn’t have a drivers license right now. She got a resisting/refusing breathlayzer thing out there a month or so ago, and finds out her fate today. She may or may not be returning with me. :-/ At most she’ll have to sit 21 days.
