His message today is all about stastics…which I do for a living…if we all posted osme kind of statistics here, I could analyze them and we could leave him a message telling him that we did our own research and this is what we came up with…
If you post your age, a guess of the average age, and a guess of the average age guess, we can leave him those numbers and see if we get similar results as he got. I can also take it one step further and run a correlation to see how strongly these numbers correlate and stuff like that.
He got 23 for the average age, 27 for the guess of the average age, and 27 for the average guess of the average age.

I nominate myself for designated benchwarmer when it comes to the actual playing of the game.
I am so bad at chess it is almost comical. I either get bored halfway through and start throwing away my pieces, or I try really hard but lose anyway.
I have not played chess in quite a few years. It used to be a fun activity while hanging out doing nothing before a show. Oh the fun times I have had in the middle of no where waiting for Teh Phish to play.
i can play, but would like to make sure the rest of the board likes the designated guy’s move before the message sets left.
what’s with the age thing? do i have to listen to the message to understand?

if we’d like a graphic interface for the match i suggest we use gameknot.com - its free… we could make an oh kee pa account controlled by goderators… you can set the time in between moves from 3 days to as long as you like.
also, anyone who is interested can make an individual account so they can check in on the game. (members can view the progress of any games that are designated as ‘public’)
we can then post the moves in standard format to the thread or if anyone knows how to do screen captures we could post those as well.
