So… Meet up early in the parking lot down (in the van down by the RIVER!) and start partying? Sounds good to me.

I wouldn’t really call it The Flats anymore… I think Cleveland is trying to stay away from “The Flats” because of the deaths on the river…
Its at Tower City… You can park down by the river in a heady little parking lot where there always seems to be a party brewing. Plus you can hear the music perfectly.
Just be careful… You may receive a Zidane headbutt if your not paying enough attention!
actaully will, if i remember right cleveland is putting billions? into re building the flats. i think by 2007 some of the old bridges down there will be replaced?

yeah mcnulty is right, but last year it was at tower city… that probably explains the confusion.
