I’m going to go back to Lamb Lies Down on Broadway with Peter Gabriel. He doesn’t have any dates scheduled until the middle of November, hence leaving him with the time to get together with Phish to practice up. Plus I heard “Carpet Crawlers” on the radio today, so that means something.
Yeah, the couple times it was mentioned in interviews Trey seemed really excited about the possibility. If they ever do this, I would shit my pants and it would be their greatest Costume set ever.

Haha. I’m going to do everything within my power to be there. It’s kind of down to the Phish gods now. I have been listening to The Lamb a lot since making that post and yeah, they’re totally playing a lot like that. Just tight with lots of changes…though that’s kind of Phish’s sound overall I guess.
Just sayin. “Let’s basically not play any covers, but tease Peter Gabriel.”
^ While I am not trying to put you down, they have jammed/teased Shock the Monkey a few times in the past. I think I saw it in a Weekapaug at Deer Creek in '03. So I’m still waiting for that album, ha.
edit- actually, Phish.net is so much improved… I have now seen that those are the only two instances. The more recent one had the addition of vocals.
