Hamptron Wishlist!!

I was just thinking it would be really sweet to get a nice, dark Timber at some poinnt…

what say you?

Will be my first show, so I am up for ANYTHING.

As for songs out side of the usual Tweezer/Mike’s/YEM/Reba etc… I would love to get a Halley’s Comet, Moma Dance, Pebbles and Marbles, 46 Days, Tube… Timber Ho would be beyond greatness too.

Really anything would be great. I’ll put an extra “umph” behind the Tube, I would love to hear that.

Give me some fuckin’ Shafty.

There are definitely songs that are better suited for indoor shows. “Timber” is one of them!

^Yep. The reverb helps.

I was thinking more along how it is and can be a “dark” song, and there’s something about arenas in “bleh” weather that match perfectly with the mood of those songs.

when they play Mike’s–>_____–>Weekapaug, I hope they do something unique and unexpected, not Hydrogen or Simple!!

Loops!

this thread may just be me listing the song I’m currently listening to and happen to be enjoying, but my next call is 46 Days

The workers they come back from their day in the field…

Like the “Saw It Again” at Hampton 1/4/03…Dirty

Yes.

From personal experience, the “Piper” from 9-23-00. It was an awful late-September day in Chicago (rainy, overcast, cold, wet) and they took this “Piper” pretty far out there at Rosemont. Not dark, necessarily, but spacey/weird. It fits perfectly.

If I could pick one song that I was guaranteed to hear…It would be Ghost all the way.

Yea Hank a Timber and a 46 days would be awesome

You’ll get your 46 Days there for sure.

I’d like to hear a sweet Slave!!!

46 days and Maze. That would be nice!

I want to say Mockingbird, but they should save that for a Summer show I am at

Funny you say that cuz they did not play the G at all during the New years run 02/03.

^ No they Didn’t, but there were some really great PH Ghosts.

I really Hope they continue that…

If we’re in the market and have an ample supply of practiced material and discussing NEW TUNES @ HAMPTON, maybe a ditty or 2:

“Host Across The Potomac”

“What’s Done”

“Drifting”

“TMWSIY”–>Mike’s–>N2O–>Weekapaug"

“Destiny Unbound”

or the elusive

“Prep School Hippie”

We all shall see the future of Phish elevated to the highest caverns of musical history.
