1993?

Melt?

I heard those are pretty good.

okay, not to hijack this thread, and I don’t know how to use sendspace, and I just thought perhaps some people would like to listen to this, and that’s all.

If that’s the FM source, that is one of the all-time WORST circulating tapes.
The Jim has about 6 minutes cut and there is static and pops all over it.
Good show, though.
The Schoeps is the one you want for that night.

^what he said

I don’t think it is…I’m listening to it and it sounds all right. I didn’t hear anything missing from the “Jim,” (which I thought was a pretty good version).

Of course, I don’t know shit about sources and taping and all that, so I could be completely out of my element.

I hope you can tell the difference between a SBD and AUD.
a

Yes, I can.

This definitely does not sound like an AUD recording.

[edit] makisupa is at the end too, aniiiice [/edit]

I love that entire show…what’s the consensus on that in terms of 1999 as a whole? Top-10? Top-5? I know there are some other solid shows from the summer and fall tours. Big Cypress notwithstanding, of course.

Top 5 for summer IMO. Along with 7-4, 7-13, 7-15 and 7-17

Def top 10 for the year!

16 years ago, Phish’s tour with the Giant Country Horns was winding down.
Nothing like the GCH to get you in a good mood.

The horns are total sexy time on every Dinner and a Movie I have heard.

14 years ago, The Phish were kicking out a tight YEM sans vocal jam and invited John Popper and Chan Kinchla out to jam on it with them.

9 years ago, The Phish started to dig really deep into their bag, kicking down a ton of rare tunes on this night only to continue the trend for the rest of the tour.

Just to be an asshole, I am not a fan of that Buried Alive.

It is definitely a different beast, just a little too trippy for me I suppose.

Great show though!

Thanks for the double upload.
