HAPPY ANNIVERSARY *Thank You!*

This is one of the shows I have no recollection of being at.
It wasn’t until a few years ago that I got the discs and realized that it is a pretty solid show.
This transition is TIGHT and the funk is THICK for your Friday.

Here is one of the more underrated Rebas of Fall '95.
Even the composed section is slick.

The “real” last show.
I really wish they had ended it all right after this night.
No gimmicks, just SOLID playing all night.

It’s a double dizzle!
(Holiday Edition)

For those that have not heard this sequence, it includes the “We Are the Cougars” cheer in the middle of the Mike’s delivered by a local girls soccer team.
A fantastic show from start to finish.

The second link comes from another solid show, played 8 years ago.
Both the Halley’s and Tweezer are severely underrated versions.

About halfway through the Ghost, Mike drops the EVIL BALM similar to the drop in the 11-21-1997 Rescue. Really nice stuff.
Also, I never considered this MLT to be proper, even though it is listed.
The night before had a proper MLT, but is not listed…go figure.
Anyway, Mike rules this entire progression.

I’ve actually got the whole show going, and the “Ghost” is getting ready to head into the jam.

Someone recently described this Stash as the “best ever”.
Personally, I prefer to snort my coke, but whatever.
Either way, it is a really sweet version with a lengthy jam.

I just cleared out my IPOD of all my Phish because I was getting burned out of listening to all the same stuff when I came across this list of goodness. And while many are still active the 9-11 PIPER is not. Any chance of fixing this? Just curious.

P.S. I believe you were involved in Project 94 at etree. Thanks for that also.

P.P.S Your avatar is just…disturbing.

We should be starting it reeeeal soon.

^SUH-WEEET!

IMO, Fall '95 didn’t really get going until this night in Phoenix (although Portland was raging).
This pair to open the second set is ruthless, relentless and flawless.
Complete facial meltage abound.

Is that the “live, in concert” show?

I asked this a while back before you joined here augustus (I believe)… but do you have any insight into what that actually means?

Completely befuddled!
Was that the name of a bootleg?
a

It must be in Trey’s head!

http://www.phish.net/reviews/shows/10-11-95.html

It might be something Trey said after they finished “Stash?”

Ummmm yeah.

That was my question… what does that mean? Besides the obvious…

For some reason, just now I thought maybe they read that in the newspaper about their last show… or maybe that is how this show was billed?

::continues searching for answers::

My point was that when someone said they could see Trey and Page saying “Don’t fuck it up, don’t fuck it up” and they did anyway, that prompted Trey to say “that last song was live, in concert.”

Meaning in a live setting there’s always a chance for a fuckup.

Or that they could end it however they wanted because it is live.

Just my two cents, of course.

You guys are high…
