Why is 25 a big b-day?
Some, maybe most but probably not all, car insurance companies offer significant reductions once you hit 25 years of age. I know mine did.

thats when you get it up here in Jersey, and that is a probationary license which has restrictions such as, you can’t have more than one kid in the car thats your age, unless they are siblings, you can’t drive between i think 12:00 - 5:00 am, some other stupid things, then when you turn 18 i think all those stipulations go away.
do they still do the permit thingy at 16 sloth?
