Heh…I’m in the corporate crowd where I prolly could grow a beard but I don’t to keep the professionalism. Plus basically every female and job interviewer I know hates beards so there’s another motivation. I do my part in that I shave only every other day since I’d tear my face off if I shaved everyday. Back in college I had an Abe Lincoln beard for a while and then just had a full one as well for a while (it’s in the OKP picture thread). Maybe if I quit or get fired or win the lottery I’ll grow one. In fact that’s a promise…if I win the lottery, I’ll grow a beard.

I’ve had a goatee for almost 3 years now. Used to grow a full-on beard in college during winter months.

Now, not so much. When full, my beard is red and my hair is blond. It looks kinda dumb.

This is seriously how my hair looked when I woke up 30 minutes ago.

I’ve had two pretty good sized beards in the past 6 months, but I always end up shaving it after about 2 months. The itchiness doesn’t even really happen anymore, but I always think I’m getting dirty looks for looking like a bum.

when my beard grows out a little, it just looks like i have something blurry on my face. but if i shave clean, i feel naked and 12. so, i just go for the preteen don johnson look.

remember when alex tried to grow his mustache out? that was a good episode of Family Ties.

As prove by some photos of me circa fall '06, facial hair looks shitty on me. My mental image is bad ass cool, but the reality sucks. It’s stubble or clean shaven for me until I grow up, I guess.

I’m having a day where I really want to be rid of this beard, but I just can’t bring myself to shave. It will just take so long at this point…fuck it.
