I think we all can agree that the two party system is bullshit. Not sure how that supports racial profiling and eliminating the rights of U.S. citizens. But, yeah, I agree.

Now, I’m not necessarily disagreeing with you, but could you clarify what you mean? I personally don’t see how it is our fault that illegal immigrants are pouring into the country. We are not the only country in the world with immigration laws, you know. They are in place for a reason.
I don’t get it either, but I guess maybe we’re the ones posting “all the crap,” Dooj.

I am not arguing with the laws or saying that illegal immigration is our fault. I’m saying that we always look to the external factors or groups to assign all the blame. We do play some role in this too.

I was simply saying that with all the laws against people and the fact that the Government is allowing this, I feel that the TWO Party system is hurting us, and among all the crap we (little americans) get hit with this statement rings even more true…
You should start making cliff notes for all the big threads.
I don’t know. If you want to check out a multi party broken system check out Israel. In a system with more parties you need to get a majority to just have government function. So you can get strange bed fellows and lots of back door deals. Also, the minority parties get a LOT of power.
Example. 2012 elections. These are the results
Grateful Dead 26%
Phish 20%
Cold Play 20%
Metallica 15%
Generic God Band 15%
Other 4%
So, In order to get a majority, The Dead and Phish team up, but then bring in God band with a promise of being able to play “tweener” sets between the bands sets at every show. This gives them enough to rule. Another option is for the bottom 3, Cold Play, Metallica and God Band to get together shutting out the 2 with the most votes from doing anything.

Too many times does a post or some comment after I typed a comment gets posted and I end up being the bad guy… I was in no way implying you or other people’s posts were ‘crap’… Needed to clarify that, as you and Justin ran with I was implying your posts were, when I actually think you’re on the same page as I am…
And Justin, nowhere in my post did I point at you or anyone for that matter and you actually assumed the post was referencing your posts as well as others… Well, sorry it was about the political party, nothing more nothing less.

If I’m wrong about what you were saying, so much the better - but since you asked, that’s how I read your sentence above.
I don’t think Dooj’s joke was directed at you, but it’s interesting that you assumed so. 
Since Dooj used the comment - “This thread is crap”,to close out his joke, one could see how that relates to what you typed in commenting on what I typed, right? So yes, I assumed with actual cause from what he typed. While what I typed might have been more open and obviously a subjective type of statement, I find it funny that you assumed it was for you two… As stated by your post, see?
I was not hurt by the joke, just thought it was odd that you took what I said as a shot at what you and Dooj were typing - that is all Justin…
You know with the questioning I get, I try my hardest to never type or imply anything out of line around you (I feel like I have to walk on eggshells with you) yet you imply I am saying a negative comment about your post and bam, I look like I am saying everything is CRAP, so I felt this was an excellent area for me to help you understand that my point was about the Government and the bullshit that is spewing around from both parties…
