Hetty GD guest appearances?

Anyone know of any?

I have this tape from a Cambodian Refugee Benefit in 1980 with Santana as a guest with the Grateful Dead. The tape is pretty shitty so I can’t say if its very epic, but hearing Santana and Jerry trade licks was pretty cool. They do a funky sort of latin jam---->Not Fade Away that is tight.

so if anyone can think of any worth seeking out please post heah

3/29/90

Branford Marsalis plays saxophone on Bird Song and Promised in Set 1. Branford performs throughout the entire second set, except for Drums and Knockin’.
Eyes appears on the “Without a Net” CD release.

This is killer for it being a 90’s show.
Jerry sounds very good. Like he was 25 again.

They did a European tour with The Who in '84 and you can get a pro-shot DVD of the Germany performance in which Pete Townsend comes out for everything from Space on. He mostly just smokes during Wharf Rat, but the rest of the time they have some pretty good interplay.

I also like that show from '82 (I believe) with Steve Stills. I couldn’t give you a date off the top of my head, but I’ll look it up when I get home.

Exactly.

And for the longest time I thought that was Branford’s only appearance. Search for the others, they had some good chemistry together.

I saw Bob Dylan come out for the encore on my birthday in 1994. Rainy day Women was cool!
