To the 12/29/94 bowie… “along with that one unbelievably gorgeous section from the 11/14/95 stash craziness (check your love badger lemon wheel radio recording), this section from the bowie is at the top of my list for overpoweringly emotional phish that exists outside of hood or reba jams.”

I’d love to hear from y’all some other unbelievable (Hose) moments that you guys cherish…

For me, I can say that the Tweezer> Timber> Tweezer from 12/14/95 LP1, might be the single most energetic moment of phish I have ever heard - that is the double time-tweezer hose after timber. That and the providence Bowie top my most energetic/hose moments for now.
For whatever reason, the 12/2/95 tweezer just doesn’t do it for me like 12/14 does (and i haven’t hear 11/30 yet.)

I also really love the murat gin, and halloween '94 reba for moments of pure energized gloriousness…

All right kid you wanna get knocked on your ass. Ditch the official releases and check out the Bowie from K-Zoo 95 and Carini from Amsterdam, Feb 97. You’ll be grabbin your hose all night!

The one that immediately comes to mind is the section of ‘Ghost’ contained on the IT DVD. I love those high energy Trey-led moments in jams like this.

The post-‘Purple Rain’ jam during the Tweezerfest is pretty hosey.

The Chalkdust -> Mirror In The Bathroom -> Chalkdust part of 11/27/98 is hosey.

I haven’t heard it in awhile, but the Murat '93 Gin may be the first recorded incidence of pure type II hose I can think of.
