How many shows have you seen? and....

Yeah. I live near Camden and I’ve been to a lot of shows there. I’ve found that the sound in the pavillion is garbage, so I like to get down around the front of the lawn. It’s a fairly new complex, and it had some kind of a deal with Sony and now Tweeter, so I don;t understand why the sound sucks. They made up for the next year when they played the 4th of July there. It’s a top 3 show for me. I think it was number 17 and they played soomethiing like 6-7 songs I’d never seen before including an awesome Slave to close the 2nd set.

For what it’s worth they should have released the 7/16/99 show from PNC in Holmdel.
2nd Set: 2001>Mike’s>h2o>Weekapaug, Simple, Guyute, Loving Cup. E: Born to Run w/ Tom Marshall dressed as Springsteen.

I love the energy that’s always present at the Camden shows! I’ve never been to one but I have a few shows on disc including the last 2004 Camden show…there’s always a good amount of improv and energy at those Jersey gigs.

I noticed The Grateful Dead did some pretty amazing shows there, too.

Must be the area, the fans, and the vibes…

The Dead used to have a banner hanging in the Spectrum commemorating 50 shows there or 50 sell-outs, something like that. Phish at the Spectrum was always good…the 12/11/99 show that I constantly rave about was like a playoff hockey game. There was just something in the air that night. Never seen a pre-show energy like that.

I blasted the second set of that 12.11.99 Spectrum show the other night in my apartment…it was fantastic. The pulsating groove NEVER lets up!!

I used to tote around my almanac in my backpack to shows. I knew it had been a long time since they opened a show with Harry but not since it’s debut? We all should have known it was gonna be one of THOSE kind of weekends from the night before. The whole show on the 10th just got sicker and sicker as it went on. Come on now, Have Mercy and they really tried to bring back the Bowie after, but whatever. Then the Ride Captaian Ride. All that going into the 11th which started with that Hood then a Mike’s Groove and then well you guys know. AHH!

Coventry was #100…not sure about the longest consecutive stretch though…

i did all 4 corners from Syracuse, NY!

I just moved back to Jersey/Philly from Syracuse last year…

I actually left for Coventry from Syracuse and didn’t deal with any of the traffic.

And yes, 12/10/99 was great as well I loved the Waste closer and Ride Capt. Ride. Have mercy kicked ass as well.

67 shows- first 12/15/95 and last was IT.
Camden 99 was alright, much better shows that tour including Great Woods run and def. first night Deer Creek. Second set Maryland was also Hot.
