Yeah i thought that may be it but I’ve heard that ie8 is very unreliable. My IT guy told us not to upgrade…
I have no idea if that would help, I was just suggesting since newer versions are usually better.
I don’t even use Windows so I don’t have any more suggestions.
^mozilla is good, or you could also use Firefox. Oh wait… is that… yeah. Silly me.

Solved by clearing the cache. Otherwise, I’m not really sure but you can’t go wrong with Firefox. It’s the future, man. Or something.
I have never had problems with Firefox, I’d suggest that.
Of course, you know, other than uploading pictures and stuff. 
(that was the computer itself, I swear!)
