I’m looking for a copy of 4/14/1989 Johnson State with the Time Loves a Hero soundcheck, but I’ll settle for either of the 88 shows.
I have a sbd copy but the tape is now 10 years old and was never very good to start with. I’m thinking of having it restored professionally, any thoughts?
Well I found a copy of 4/14/89 but I think I’m looking for 4/15/89. It’s doesn’t exist on the known soundboards list, but mine (at least the soundcheck) is definitely the next night, and it’s definitely a soundboard. The 9/15 Time Loves a Hero soundcheck is my single all time favorite, and I’m still looking for a decent copy…
Ever get the feeling you’re talking to yourself? The companion has it listed as Billings UVM, as does my cassette, but Trey says “here at Johnson State”. Maybe he was confused…
I talk to myself fairly frequently, it’s not that bad.
I would trust what Trey says on the tape. Johnson State is over an hour drive from UVM, and I think Trey would recognize the school where he met the rest of the band.
