Just had an extremely great drum session. Feel so great no. Blazed and making some dinner, then bed for work in the AM. Going to be 90 and humid tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. But, then the humidity and temps cut down to 75 for the rest of the weekend and seeing THE AVETT BROTHERS on Friday in Syracuse. Pretty excited, have been wanting to see them for a while now. Nice, mellow/rocking/acoustic folk, it’ll be a nice change of pace from all this PH.

Make sure you stop by the Dinosaur in Syracuse–awesome BBQ. I used to work there before I move to LA. Still haven’t found a place as good out here.

this past weekend was my first in my apt in Burlington this summer. I moved up here late b/c of Phish and then spent a long ass time away b/c of fucking deer ticks! The Phish was worth it, the Lyme Disease was not.
Whatever, I’m here now and had an awesome first weekend. Nothing too crazy. Smoked a bowl with some old guys, Randy and Leroy, from my hood (I don’t live in the student ghetto, I live in the student section of the ghetto) and taught them how to play asshole. Woke up Sunday morning and I couldn’t walk out of my room b/c there were so many kids passed out on the floor.
And now I’m sitting here with my bedtime bowl.
Life is good.
