I got pretty drunk last night. I was surprised to run into my sister and her friends at the bar (she lives in St. Paul and is only here for a wedding this weekend). Things are always weird between my sister and I, two polar opposites who try to seem happy to see eachother. I mean, we have a family connection, of course. But my sister, and all of my family members to some degree, think they know what I’m all about–and they of course don’t approve.
Anyway, an already awkward time got more awkward when my stupidly-drunk friend decided to do an olly with his skateboard inside the bar, and then defiantly broke a glass (and cut his hand). My sister and her friends sure thought that was cool.
I’ll probably pick up a six-pack of Pabst after work tonight. Yeah. Hank out.
funny you guys speak of change, because i just went to the coinstar today. they do suck and take 10 cents off every dollar, but it is sure a nice convience.
hank, i hear ya on your sister. i’m just starting to get close to my more reserved sister, since i’m the maid of honor in her wedding. but it turns out she really does understand me and my lifestyle and shit. she tells me whenever she see’s mushrooms she thinks of me, haha. yesterday she was trying to tell me to get a “real job” so then i can make lots of money and then I can get the hell out of here and do what i really want to do, it was nice of her to look out for me and whatnot. sorry im not drunk or stoned and im posting in this thread, is that ok?
