2 words: da booze. I drank half a bottle of vodka last night and was out like a light at 12:00.
It’s not like I have problems sleeping, but if I did, problem solved.
I agree with anyone who suggested cranking one out. Never fails.

well it’s 1:45pm and i woke up about a half hour ago. must’ve drifted off sometime around 7. so although my day is mostly wasted at least i got a few hours of sleep in, which is most important at this time.
yeah, i used to meditate regularly and got out of the habit. def valuable. will try the Valerian root as well.
hopefully i’ll snap out of this spell soon and get back to some semblance of normalcy…
