My friend found this. I don’t know who filmed this, but it was at Sundown In The City in Knoxville, TN last spring. I don’t know who was playing, but obviously it was good. I think it was either Toubab Krewe or The Wailers or something.

The REALLY funny part about it, is that when you go to YouTube and write in “Crazy Stoner Kid”, It’s the FIRST one that pops up…

Here’s a sure fire formula to ensure you too have that much space:

  1. Don’t shower or change your clothes for a week prior to the show. (Dreads, burly beards, and chicks with pit hair are great natural neighbor repellants)
  2. Stumble around in a drunken stupor before the show even starts.
  3. Ask repeatedly to smoke your neighbor’s weed.
  4. Dance to the PA music before the show even begins. This lets people know you are SERIOUS.
  5. Once the show starts, flail around like you’re warding off a swarm of angry bees.
  6. Most important of all, NEVER STOP MOVING because once you do, a group of 20 kids will try to squeeze into a space big enough for just about half of them and you will lose all that you’ve worked so hard to achieve.

I don’t know, it was quite random. I think he was trying to look for Sundown in the City clips and ran into it. Sundown’s fucking awesome. It’s a free concert series every Thursday in downtown K-ville. Acts over the last 3 years have included:

The Wailers, Burning Spear, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Gov’t Mule, Umphrey’s Mcgee, Toubab Krewe, Robert Randolph, Perpetual Groove, George Thorogood, Yonder Mountain String Band, and many more. Can’t wait for this season to start!
