My grandparents got me a desk calendar that has a Jeopardy trivia question for each day of the year.
Some are easy, some are hard. I imagine you can find the answers on the intraweb in about .2 seconds. But I thought it would be neat and might stimulate some interesting intellectual discussion.
And yes, all answers must be in the form of a question.

What is Hump Day anyway, some American day, or slang for valentines day or something?.. or is that part of the quiz too and nobody knows?
Hump Day, my dear, is aka Wednesday, or the middle of the week when you’re over the “hump” of the week. Get it? Get it?

ohhh I see. Not familiar with that one, the whole working week is a giant hump from my experience. I think I’ll start calling Valentines day hump day anyway if you don’t mind.

my family is a bunch of jeopardy freeks.
for about 3-4 years running now my dad has emailed 5-6 of us every day with the one-a-day jeopardy question/answer, we all respond, he tallies up the money, we wager on FJ and all that. he sends out a weekly spreadsheet so we all know how we’re doing and we can see who answered the most correctly and has the most money at the end of the year.
so i’ll have to start answering before i come in here and see this thread, but that’s cool. we made a pact to start answering more promptly as if you were on the show this year (some people would let weeks worth of questions pile up and answer them out of order…it wasn’t pretty). but yeah, there is a STRICT honor code with respect to internet-browsing for answers.
