yeah, no question about that. $220 bucks for the all encompassing tickets is absurd. live music - especially jam - should be all about the tunes, not about the flow. it’s not even that the musicians’ priorities are fucked, it’s the priorities of those organizing this.
regardless, the bottom line is it shouldn’t be too risky to smoke and/or drink (if underage) if you’re smart about it. don’t talk about it loudly and frolic around waving spliffs in the air.

I think the nightshow announcements made me decide that maybe I won’t be attending this year. There are really no bands that I want to see playing night shows and if the festival ends at 9:30 I just figure I’ll spend way too much money at night. Oh well…10,000 Lakes in onsly 7 months away.
Trey Anastasio has added a very intimate gig to his Langerado weekend. On Thursday March 8, Trey will be performing on the inside stage at Revolution to help kick-start Langerado weekend.
Tickets for this show go on-sale Friday February 2 at 5pm EST and will ONLY be available to those who have purchased Langerado 3-day festival passes. Music Today will be emailing special access codes to those who have already purchased Langerado festival passes on Friday afternoon. There is a 4-ticket limit for this show. Doors for this show will be at 7pm, show starts at 8pm and it will be taking place inside Revolution.
Revolution’s a solid venue; inside and out.
this would be a tragedy if it was going to be at the Culture Room, so thankfully they did something right with this fest.

i don’t plan on going to the festival though and am actually considering boycotting South Florida Jams while i’m out there.

i don’t have an extra camping ticket, but i’ll be camping all three nights at the markham park camping grounds (hope the cops aren’t anus douche bags). definitely be there all three days at the show, too.

it’s directly adjacent so i assume it’s no more than a 15-20 minute walk to stages.
