“Sparkle”.
This is the one song where I 9/10 times skip it if it is on a live disc. So repetitive.
Im with Icculus. I really cant choose one that is my least favorite from rift. The album flows so well from beginning to end and works so well together as a whole. Too tough to pull out one song that i like least

OK, this is the weakest thread so far. I made it for LEAST FAVORITE. It doesn’t mean you don’t like it… out of the songs there has to be one that is your LEAST FAVORITE.
I agree the whole album is awesome… however Sparkle is my LEAST FAVORITE.

“The Wedge”. It simply doesn’t fit with the rest of the album. Plus, it doesn’t sound that much like Phish.
At gunpoint I would say “Sparkle.”
Lyrically, it’s almost too nonsensical for me (even though I know I read somewhere Tom M. wrote it about the pressures of marriage). Musically, it’s catchy. I just see it, as someone said before, too repetitive.
I thought FEFY was about the pressures of marriage…man is that all Tom thinks about?

Rift is awsome from beggining to end. Dont think theres any weak points.
If i had to pick one id say All things Reconsidered
there is no bad song on this disc. not even one that could be disliked. this is one of the best pieces of sonic delight recorded to date. EVER. i’m not sure who produced it, but they deserve a medal. also it has occured that one can’t just listen to one track here or there, or shuffle it. it was meant to be listened all the way through, imho.
All Things Reconsidered…I love it, just not in the flow of this album. I think it is the only song that kind of ruins the flow for me.
I don’t like Sparkle either. There are a lot of songs I’m not crazy for on that album. Love It’s Ice and Maze though!!
silent in the morning just cause it’s the last song only thing bout the album I don’t like is the lenght wish it had 2 or 3 more song but guess that’s bein greedy,I like them all is what i’m tryin to say,I believe.
Lengthwise. Unless it’s the reggae version. They debuted all my least favorite Rift songs that night.
