Least favorite would have to be Dirt for me.
I loathe the song Farmhouse! Every acoustic wannabe guitar player around here does this song. Whenever I ask if they know any Phish, inevitably that’s what I get. That and the last time a boyfriend and I had “a song”, it was Farmhouse…and that guy was a douche…and so was I for initiating having “a song”, so now it’s forever ruined.
I used to hate Sand as well. Thought it was a boring song…until I heard a live version that I really liked. It just kept building and building and building. Can’t for the life of me remember the date, though. I’ll have to check my collection. Page really shines on this tune, so maybe that’s why I love it so. Page for President!
And What the hell are you guys thinking not liking live twists?
