That last part was insane. It’s insane in that anyone who thinks that stuff floating around like a swarm in multiple directions is anything other than what NASA says it is. Ask yourself this: None of the astronauts have come forward to tell the world about the aliens. Why? If it was a conspiracy to cover up the truth why would NASA get the astronauts to corroborate the falsehood but allow the video to leak to the public? Fucking nonsense is why.
Is the idea of posting this stuff to slowly lose the respect of your peers?

That’s brilliant logic right there. By definition a UFO is an Unidentified Flying Object. That still doesn’t make it an alien, it just makes it unidentifiable.
And I was wrong about NASA not telling astronauts to discuss what they thought might be aliens publicly. My apologies for the misrepresentation of the facts. I just thought that, by now, if these UFO’s that people have seen were real (real as in actual alien encounters) then we would have actual proof that wasn’t on YouTube with a lame soundtrack.

I’m not mad that you called me out. Clearly I was wrong and I conceded the point. I just thought that the posting of that pic was a little too low brow for a community that primarily knows each other through keystrokes and plasma. If I took offense it was because it was in poor taste and void of humor, nothing else.

The reason I called you narrow-minded is not because you believe in something I don’t. More specifically I think that it is narrow-minded to cling to such consistently vague specimens as solid proof and to continue to rely on limited conjecture to base such a huge belief on.

^There is also a chance that all life in the universe springs from Earth. As far as I’m concerned both scenarios are possible, but I have seen nothing to sway me either way. This is another reason I consider your views on the matter narrow-minded - because I am not swayed by the “proof” you automatically consider me as a firm non-believer. I only disbelieve the nonsense, and lately we are in no short supply of it…In the end I trust Occam’s Razor more than Aldrin’s Ellipticals.
If I were to meet them, why would I need a pee sample from the aliens? Are they on probation? Truthfully, I would not accept a drivers license as proof of i.d., but an international passport would work.
Show me real proof that did not come from YouTube and can be substantiated, and I may be swayed. Until then it looks and sounds like nonsense to me.

not to get off topic, but the only question I have about the October 14th believers is, why in the fuck did you beleive that to be the date? Because some spacy earthy dude said so on youtube? I mean, how in the fuck would that guy know when aliens would be coming to visit? How would he have the inside info? -what does he have an extra-terrestrial informant that lives out by Neptune’s way?
It’s like all the douchebag religious people that try and predict the exact date of the end of the world, and yet, we’re all still here the following day. How in the fuck would they know? It’s ridiculous to think or trust any other human that is just like you or I, that they might have insider knowledge to stuff that we have absolutely no evidence or information about. I try and go back to the blog site to post the all so satisfying “I told you so” message…and now they have the posting shut down. The original creator of the Oct 14th page won’t even take emails, which explains about how big a dork and puss that guy is. Talkin’ a bunch of bullshit getting a bunch of marks all stirred up, then tucking tail and running off hiding when they are proven wrong. The whole time leading up to Oct 14th, anybody leaving a skeptical message like myself, we were called ‘negative’ and ‘ignorant’ and blah blah blah. this is supposedly a photograph taken by a United States military research scientist in 1947. He wasn’t supposed to take it, but he secretly took a photo because he wanted to show his wife about the work he was doing on an ‘alien’. Somehow it got leaked after that.
Surprisingly, archaeologists have found ancient egyptian hieroglyphics from thousands of years ago that resemble ‘beings’ that look exactly like this! Just to be on the safe side, I keep a ready bag of reeses pieces in my nightstand drawer at ALL TIMES!
and Rob i see where your coming from as far as people believing the date. i feel pretty silly about it myself. but given the thing that i saw in Sept (sorry space, not a star. not a planet. not even close.), put together with the strange appearances on google earth, put together with several of the “clues” that were given popping up everywhere, put together with the incredibly strange skies on the 13th…yeah i guess i thought it was probably gonna happen.
actually, at first it was hopeful optimism, then really hopeful optimism, then doubt, then “but all these strange coincidences…”, then on the 13th it was disbelief (as in “i can’t beleive how weird it is out today. holy shit…is this actually gonna happen?”), then it was a strange mix of disappointment (because they didn’t show) and relief (because i could get back to real life again). then i had a pretty good laugh at myself cause that’s how i am. that’s all about that. the rest is just my thoughts in general.
in hindsight i don’t believe it was a hoax exactly. i believe that Blossom Goodchild probably does have some kind of psychic intuition or something along those lines (or maybe it’s just a very active imagination), and clearly SHE believed in what she was picking up from wherever. she probably inserted some or alot of her own unconcious hopes into the messages. in the end it dosen’t really matter much. there is no doubt other intelligent life exists. the UK has officially disclosed it’s UFO/ET files and is slowly letting them out into public view. this is also in the process of happening in other countries like Russia and Mexico. you saw that video from the Mexican DoD. the subject is getting more and more national news coverage, and more and more pressure is being put on our own gov’t to disclose it’s files.
i just find it funny that people can’t open their mind to something unless it’s made ''official" or reported all over the news. as if (in reality) a Gov’t employee who saw something and captured it with a video camera is somehow more credible than a busdriver or a housewife or a lawyer or a teenager or a cop who saw and captured the same thing. and overall, what does it really matter? if they’re out there, then they’re out there. if they’re not, they’re not. i think it’d be cool to see one of those things again though.
