Major League Baseball: 2007 Season

Nuh huh!

GO TOIGERS!!!

Well…
EAST W L PCT GB HOME ROAD RS RA STRK L10
NY Yankees 54 46 .540 6.5 32-20 22-26 571 448 Won 6 8-2

You knew this team would catch fire, and yes that sucks, I just want the Yanks to spend one miserable season and watch the bronx meltdown on them…

MWAHAHAHAHA! Sorry…couldn’t resist.

Actually, yes, I have noticed the Cubs are better. Just be glad you’re in the NL where every team blows so you always have a shot at the wild card.

Anyway, Go Tigers. Bullpen is still shaky but I think it’s better. We’ve been having the wildest series against the White Sox…tons of entertaining games left and right. I love how the Tigs mash the ball and I LOVE Curtis Granderson. I’d buy his jersey but I’m afraid it’d curse him.

If we can hold off Cleveland and make the playoffs I think we have another run in us…

Stevo

We NEED to do something about the bullpen. Im ready to put Grilli’s head on a pike. But don’t fear, Fernando ā€œthe chokeā€ Rodney is on his way back. (i really do hate him) and Jones is a hot or cold reliever. Get zoom zoom back soon and let’s attempt to make a trade before next week. Ilitch has got plenty of dirty pizza money to pull SOMETHING off.

Go Tigers.

Bretto

fyp.

:’( :’( :-/

:stuck_out_tongue:

I’m a fan, but I aint blind. If you put any of the top 4 teams from the AL and pit them in a 7 game series against one of the top four in the NL and forced me to choose, I’d go AL. However, 83 game winners, WS Champs, St. Louis Cards against…oh yeah… your Tigers!

Interleague was 119-117 in favor of AL. Thats pretty even.
The N.L. West is arguably the second best Division in Baseball behind the AL Central.

There are some real stiffs in BOTH leagues! What the Yankees have clawed their way back into the playoff picture by beating tough competition? …D-Rays, Royals, O’s

^ Yeah but the love A-ROD now, again…

CENTRAL W L PCT GB STRK L10
Detroit 61 44 .581 - Won 1 3-7
Cleveland 60 45 .571 1 Lost 2 4-6
Minnesota 54 51 .514 7 Won 3 5-5

We are making the move… We’re comin, we’re comin…

Chewing fingernails to the skin.
:see’s bullseye on back of Tiger’s jersey:
:hope’s to avoid arrow:

I’ll be at the Twinkies tonight, wondering if Torii is traded?..

Zoom Zoom Zoom!

As horrible as this sound, I’d like to say I know where I was when Barry Bonds broke Hank Aaron’s record.

Isn’t this the most sacred sports record to go down since McGwire broke Maris’ record in '98?

Unless I’m forgetting something, which I probably am.

I will be injecting steroids for future softball games…

if bonds doesnt get one tonight he travels to san diego for a weekend series. i really hope he doesnt knock one out of there. he has more homeruns against the padres than any other team though so its not looking good.

on a brighter note, jake peavy just got his 1,000th strikeout a few minutes ago. pretty impressive considering he started playing in 2002 and is only 27 years old. hopefully they can string some wins together and break loose of the tight race on top of the nl west.

^I like the SD team… I like the throwback uniforms also…

hell yeah! their late 80’s throwback jerseys are damn cool looking. i wish they would bust them out more often.

morgan ensberg, an mvp canidate from a few years ago, just signed with the padres. yesterday at his first at bat he jacked a 2-run hr. then a few at bats later he did the same thing. i like where this is going. hopefully the shitty month of july is out of their system so they can get back to winning.

Sox of all color reigned supreme yesterday, kee-aiyy!
