Nice little clip there, I wonder why Phish made it so short?! There would have been room for some nice solos in there!

Also check out the song “Funky Bird” by Galactic. All the horn lines in the song are transcribed Charlie Parker licks. They use manteca to end it. I LOVE the horn soli section in the middle.
dizzy gillespie is amazing! I love his work and another one of my favs is yardbird parker. coltrane… oh the list goes on forever.
