I really want to go, but the last two Mike shows I went to, one in Troy NY(flying solo) and one in Burlington, I was harassed by the same annoying black-out drunk cougar and her boyfriend. She annoyed me enough both times to leave my spot at the front of the stage, in VT she tried to hook up with me and my friend while her boyfriend was right there, laughing about how she was old enough to be our mom, started following us when we moved, made fun of us for declining her offer for drinks, repeatedly constantly collided with people during the show, and would not stop screaming MIKE!!! at the top of her lungs. We also ran into her after the show at a fast food place, where she was also harassing the workers(who happened to “forget” her order, which was a small win in my book). It really took away from both shows, and I just know she’ll be at all of these(I recall her mentioning hitting every show in the Northeast). If I didn’t have to fly solo at Albany, it wouldn’t be an issue, I just don’t want to think about even the possibility of dealing with that on my own again. Which sucks, because I’m personally enjoying Mike Gordon solo more than Phish 3.0 at the moment.
And now it’s a non issue because I’m going with a friend to Northampton with assigned seats!
^Dude…Don’t EVER let a person ruin your show experience. In this case, there are PLENTY of people who are equally pissed off at this wench. Chances are, her boyfriend is the Mike fan and he has probably left her by now. Enjoy the shows.

The Dude of Life showed up at Albany on Sunday for a rendition of Suzy Greenberg during the encore. It was pretty insane!
