^ Word. I was at both the Egg and the HIgher Ground. The shows were good.

When I saw the subject line I thought maybe Mike had announced some tourdates as I’m jonesin’ from some live Mike’s Band. Did I even go hear him play in 2012?! Can’t remember; it’s been too long!

I’m listening right now and this show smokes

I have no idea why I didn’t go that night, must’ve been busy.

Mike band is great. Saw him 2 nights in a row in 11 (?) and both were great. First show (atl) featured an awesome Talking Heads-style Cities and a Mound encore. The next night (avl) had a DIRTY Access Me with Mike throwing down atomic bombs, a ridiculous Makisupa played in double-time (super upbeat) and another Mound. And don’t get me wrong i LOVE when Phish plays Mound but mike band takes it to a whole different level. There is an awesome/complex extended jam, that words cannot explain… butttt yeah this release looks cool. I needa check it out because i own absolutely no MGB

Mike shows are awesome. They’re funky and eclectic, just like he is.

I wish he toured as much as Trey, and Trey wrote as many musicals as Mike does.

Nice. Cool packaging!
