By the way, when I first saw the subject line that said “Minneapolis disaster,” for a split second I seriously thought it was referring to the Garnett trade. Ug…

OK… all is well in their camp.

::wipes sweat from brow::

In a strange story I heard today apparently Piston’s coach Flip Saunders was going to take that bridge before it collapsed but he decided on a different route because traffic was so bad. I guess he was on a separate bridge downriver when it collapsed.

Dammit…the Pistons fans were SO close to being free of him…SO close…

Those pictures are unreal…

^ I know, it is very close to what you see/feel when there in person. I will say that this city has pulled together man… I am impressed with the overall help and attitude around the town…

I hope to see the debris and mess gone soon, such a daily GRIM reminder of the horrific event!!

We have a softball tourney in the morning and we play about 10 miles from the scene and everyone is buzzing with thoughts and positive vibes for all…

Thank you OKP for the great thoughts…

P.S… We tried to keep Flip for the Golden Gophers, but Det paid him HUGE money… GREAT person and very good coach, how about the team??? I bet there was no issues with those GREAT players???

he he he… It’s all about the coach ain’t it?
