Tigers are…you guessed it…back at .500…which they’ll be at all year. Lose seven in a row. Then win 11 of 12. Then back to five losses in a row. Sheesh.
What an awful weekend in Boston for the Cubbies. Lose a couple players to the DL, drop two of three in almost in embarrassing fashion. I think it may be all over for Chicago baseball this year.

I wouldn’t say they “hate” Cleveland…it’s more like they’re just bored or uninterested in the city itself and thus doesn’t care much for the teams. We get the same thing in Detroit…media guys don’t want to have to visit here and there’s not a lot of reason to live here and such so there’s no national media presence. I wouldn’t say they hate us though…just are indifferent.
Ouch…Scherzer got demolished by the Sawks yesterday…his first really bad start of the year. Could be an ugly weekend.
Mark my words, the Twins are all but done, sad to be this bad this early into the season…

Ryan, you and I are gonna have to weather this storm together. My Cubbies are absolutely screwed. We MUST fire Mike Quade immediately. Attendance is down and these guys are playing WORSE than little leaguers. We have about 5 guys on the DL (including our best hitters), but that has nothing to do with the losing.

Agreed Matty, this has been so hard. The Twins are on pace after last night to have the worst record in their history… Fairly sad…
So Matty, if they fire Quade now, that means they promote from their bench? Who is out there at this point? If you wait until seasons end, you could grab a very good coach!!!
