  Show Notes: Two breakouts dotted the setlist: the first Letter to Jimmy Page (separate from Alumni Blues) since November 19, 1987 (618 shows) and the first Cities since September 13, 1988 (586 shows). Trey quoted the theme from Shaft at the start of the second set. Sweet Adeline and Ginseng Sullivan through Amazing Grace were performed without microphones. Ginseng Sullivan and My Sweet One were performed acoustic. The latter evolved into a fun singalong with the audience during the second verse. Fans of The Nutcracker will want to listen for the Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies tease to start the second set.

  Show Notes: The Old Home Place and Nellie Kane were performed acoustic and, along with Memories, were performed without microphones. Tweezer included HYHU, Also Sprach Zarathustra, Who Knows, and Donna Lee teases. Bowie and Llama both included teases of the Munsters theme song, and there was a brief Free Ride tease at the start of the show. Memories was played for the first time since December 28, 1993 (69 shows).

No three show runs for me, but I did get a four show run in Miami. Goddamn those are some good memories.

I have not heard either 7.5 or 7.6

Are there a lot of varying sources for 7.8?? The one I have is pretty distant sounding…its tough to even make out everything Mike says in “NO2.” If there are some better recordings I’d love to get 'em. That’s about as classic a show as you’re gonna get, along with 7.16 about a week later!! :o :o
