That’s such a great thing … don’t be fooled though, kids are not precious & innocent. They’re born as the most naturally selfish creatures on earth and hopefully by the time they finally get old and die, they’ve learned to supress that and be somewhat selfless.
I love my kids. But they don’t fool me for a second. 
BTW, kudos for finding out the gender. I don’t get how it can be a surprise anyway; it’s always one or the other!
