I was never a big fan of Fallon, and then I saw him do his stand up live. He was “warming up” for his new host position. The guy was hilarious in person. None of our group expected it, but we all loved his stand up. Now that I see him as a late night host, I think he is terrible again. Good writing is generally very lacking in late night TV these days.
Yeah, I agree. Fallon is terrible. That’s a shame to hear about him being good in stand-up. A lot of these guys are very talented on stand-up but then go on some TV show with bad jokes and they’re stuck there for the rest of their life and we all have no idea how talented they were. Same with guys like Bob Saget and Ray Romano who kind of “tainted” themselves with bad TV shows. Saget is STILL trying to wash that Full House taint off of himself.

I don’t think Jimmy Fallon is very good either. I was shocked when I heard he was chosen to be Conan’s replacement. He doesn’t have enough natural comedic talent or charisma to carry a show and he is awkward as a host. The Roots are the best thing going for the show. With that said, he does sometimes have amusing skits. I thought this was pretty good.
I don’t have much opinion on him either way, but man that Neil Young “Pants on the Ground” thing was classic.

She is the one and only actress that I actually have a crush on. It helps that she’s from Michigan and is a Wings fan. It also helps that she is drop-dead gorgeous, has a brain, and is pretty damned funny.
Her appearances on Ferguson’s show are always awesome, they have great chemistry together. I watched an episode over the weekend where the two of them are cooking holiday stuff with Wolfgang Puck, and at one point, Craig squeezes sticky white creamy frosting into Kristen’s mouth, and the women in the audience go berserk, and I needed a moment alone. 
Amen. She could not be any more perfect.
