Two years ago I would’ve pre-ordered this for sure, but for some reason I’ve lost interest in these releases, even when they are DVDs.
I don’t know…I probably should get this one though. I suppose I have enough money to do it.
I think the last official Phish release I “pre-ordered” was the Island Tour, and that was 3 years ago. I’m pretty sure I haven’t done it since then.

I saw it on BB’s website for $14.99. That’s a pretty good deal; I’m assuming it’s one disc?
$14.99 is a good price for the DVD, looks like it is $19.00 on phish.com… by the way it is a two disc DVD package with total running time of 2h16m

well, I’m going to Best Buy tomorrow to buy my mom an Ipod for her birthday, so if they have it in stock I will definitely buy it.

just got walnut creek in the mail today…I enjoy it. Good sound and video quality. My only complaint is the packaging. Come on guys, give us a book with some photos, memories, thoughts…something! But a great show nonetheless!!!
I’m not too thrilled about the retail side of this release…
-They “ran out” of the bonus Left Nuts CD. No disc for me, even though I pre-ordered.
(I knew this beforehand, though.)
-The DVD is around $4 cheaper at many online, retail, and record stores.
-Music Today sent me the wrong size shirt. Exchanging for a size that is hopefully in stock.
That sucks. I’m at least happy mine arrived on time… thank UPS for that.
got my dvd yesterday. its awesome. im really hoping the release more considering this was just taken from the lawn screens.
i was kind of expecting packaging like brookly and it but oh well. no big deal.
I’ve watched mine like 4 times now… I love it! I do wish we had better shots and angles of Fishman for sure. The more DVD releases, the better. Bring it on!

watching the first set now…I like the camera angles and shots just fine. Straight-forward and clean.
Pretty good Stash here, and I liked watching the Jim–>Soul segue.

Yeah it’s not bad…I just thought that it obviously looks like straight from the televisions you see in the lawn. I actually think the taping was alot better in the second set. Second set is legendary.
Random thoughts: Page has a smile of amazement after the segue from DWD–>Mike’s almost as if he was amazed at what they just did. Pretty cool reaction.
Also did anyone else notice the clear item in front of Fishman’s drum set. Looks similar to a teleprompter. I’m not sure what it is as I don’ t know much about instruments, but it looks like the setlist is listed on there. I definitely could be wrong, but whoever else has it check it out and see if you see the same thing.
Oh how could I forget. Sweet pants by Cactus once again. And he’s got them rolled up to about the length of capri pants. Just hilarious. Only Mike.
I liked how they added more and more audience shots as well. I like to see the whole surroundings of the show.
Overall, I really like this release, but I was just commenting because you can tell it wasn’t produced like the Brooklyn release. I know that was set up and all and that is the main reason the quality is so good. Just noticing the differences. I do, however, hope they release more of these. If they are all from lawn feeds I could care less. Just appreciate them releasing the older shows (goods).
Has anyone bought any of those other videos from live phish? Are they any good?
