Interesting. Should be a nice Christmas present.

Sweet Jesus!

…to myself.

This is wonderful news. The only release news that could have topped this would have been Big Cypress.

Tweezer Fest!

Very nice.
I still have my old tapes of these shows.

I would pay anything for that disk 5 alone.

sweeet stash on that last night.

i think the first night may be my favorite of the 3.

woot

SICK!!!

Roxy …never heard of it is it supposed to be good or something

saw the article on jambase yesterday but nothing on the phish site as of yet about it. wonder if it will be in packaging a la hampton comes alive. that would be cool. hopefully they continue with the free bonus disk if you pre-order.

I am really excited for this. Like many fans, these were some of my first tapes and they helped light the spark for my phish obsession. It doesn’t get more creative then this.

I was gonna write something, but satan ^ has already written it. word.

I’m a fool for a box set, so I’ll be getting this.

What do you think the Dry Goods package will be? There’s gotta be at least a t-shirt and/or a limited edition Pollock print… and a magnet!

Yes! A magnet!

I’m all over this…Rather I’m all over any Phish release. The minute this bad boy is available for pre-order consider it mine.

Sweet is right!!! Can’t wait.

Nice to see an official release of 2/20/93 which may have one of the wackiest and coolest second sets I’ve ever heard. Plus it’d be nice to hear a recording of that show that doesn’t sound like it was recorded in someone’s bathtub. Good times!!

And maybe they’ll explain why they’re singing about a “sewer” during Tweezer. And I LOVE the segue from Glide to Mike’s where they’re still singing the ending to Glide as they start the Mike’s guitar. And the part with Trey telling Mike to “Sing your song” during the whole thing. They must have been on something GOOD that night.

Stevo

I am quite satisfied with the SBD that floats around for 02/20…

And the other two shows have very good audience recordings…

All that said, I will most definitely be buying these anyways.

I hear it is on the low side of $50.

From phish.net:

“The official site doesn’t have any thing listed yet, but other sites list the UPC as 825084987326 and the list price as $49.98. CD Universe is already taking pre-orders, for ($)39.98.”

I hope the new release is not more expensive on Dry Goods than it is at retail outlets - that happened with Walnut Creek. Not so fan-friendly to pay more directly from the source…

This is up on Dry Goods. Kinda fell by the wayside due to some “other” announcement…
