So the Blackhawks chuck up another win Friday night(IN OVERTIME… SO NICE!!!) and Philly won their game today. Impressive.

Well, well…what a series. (^Nice one D!) I have always been a Byfuglien fan but DAMN! You get him in front of that goal with a good pass and you are screwed…the Sharks D was AWFUL…or maybe they just didn’t have an answer for him…he is mighty good and mighty big. This team seems pretty unbeatable right now…GO HAWKS!
Did the guys in the masks win yet so we can all move on? Or does Snow White still need to do her number before it’s over? 
Ouch…nice fine choke by the Sharks in Game 2. It just made me wonder why the Wings couldn’t see that version of them rather than this clutch, close-game-winning version where normal no-shows like Thornton and Nabokov played well. Ug. Well congrats to Chicago…they’ve been on fire lately.

Was there. I lost my shit when they introduced Trey at the game. Everyone around we was wondering why i was so excited. 
Nice. I gotta say I LOVE how Philly does the national anthems where they show Kate Smith on the TV screens. If anything, I’d say just do away with the normal singer and just have the recording of Kate singing the whole thing. God Bless America should totally be our National Anthem…it’s so much better than the Star Spangled Banner.
As a die hard Flyers fan. I will have to agree with what everyone’s saying and give the Hawks the edge here. My Flyers beat 3 of the worst offenses in the NHL to get to the cup. But, I will say i do think the Flyguys have a distinct leadership advantage. Should be a great Series. GO FLYERS!!

Not that I’m going to the show, but what’s the thought on everyone chipping in and getting a Hawks sweater with Anastasio on the back for the Toyota Park show? Then proceeding to somehow get the jersey on stage (or gt someone to give it to him [DWW/Henrietta I’m looking at yous]). Would love to see his reaction to this once the Hawks dispose of the Flyers for the Cup.
Doesn’t have to be one of the authentic ones, but even a cheaper knock off.
He’ll probably storm off the stage in tears and everyone will hate you for ruining the show. Heh.

It’ll be interesting. Philly is the team that is supposed to win if fate had its’ way so they could make a movie about it. Pronger is one of my all time top 3 or 5 favorite athletes, whoever he’s paired with will be out there whenever the Hawks’ #1s are, and Keith and company will be all over Carter and Richards likewise. The Hawks have a definite edge in talent, youth, and depth, but Philly has a distinct advantage in something greater than them working in their season as well as some seasoned vets-Briere, Pronger, Timonen, Gagne, Laperrierre, Hartnall. They’re going to need a miracle and some Roy-caliber goaltending but everyone’s counted them out even on the last day of the regular season up until now. Giroux Richards and Briere are hot but there’s just too much firepower there… Kane and Toews on the first line with Sharp and Hossa on the second and then Seabrook & Keith at the blue line it’ll be a whole lot to handle. BUT if Leighton plays as he has been playing, nothing else will matter, the Flyers will get the series-Chicago doesn’t have that go to money man goal scorer, it’s more of a young ensemble cast. Go Flyers
I dont want to jinx my squad by giving a prediction; so let’s just say it should go 6 games. Anybody else?
^ Yeah, I’d say at least six, maybe the whole seven. I don’t see either team having the definitive edge or they wouldn’t have gotten this far.
This thing is probably all about Leighton. If he holds down the Hawks, it could be interesting. If he can’t, then I don’t think Philly can “outscore” the Hawks.
