Now my laptop is really pissing me off

ok, so i’m not sure what even caused this this time but my computer (while online) all of a sudden went to this blue screen that tried to explain to me how there’s something wrong and my computer needs to be restarted.

when i restarted it it brought me straight to the black screen that has the options of running it in Safe Mode, Normally or Last Known Good Configuration

but every one of those options leads right back to the blue screen which leads back to the black screen in a never ending back and forth cycle.

does anybody know what to do now?

but i don’t have the Windows CD because my computer came installed with it.

Can anybody explain how to do it in a way that makes sense to me and doesn’t cost any money?

Yes/No depends on what happened? Motherboard crash ='s yes, everything on HD no worries.

Other items/issues happening, I would venture to say yes but man there could be so many things, from a virus to hardware breaks…

Aw … poor Brady! So sorry to hear that. I recently had an issue with my laptop not booting properly and unfortunately I had to fedEx it to our work computer guy to reformat >.<

i read the wiki article but then when i asked my cousin (not a computer expert but knows his stuff), he said that rebooting it erases everything and he’s never seen a hard drive come back from the blue screen of death.
