I’m trying to buy 4 for each night at Alpine. I have to get my 3 year old son, and wife in both nights. I’m pushing away my dream of seeing every show, every time. I was practicing in Livenation today for tomorrow (It’s my fault for the http 500 error). Anyways I reserved 4 lawns at Pittsburgh, but I let them go. Happily I get to rock Hampton unescorted. I’m not taking my family on tour. I am going to take them to Alpine. I wish I could meet them after some shows and enjoy the festival that is Alpine. “If you have to explain it, then they just wouldn’t understand”.
it was impossible to even get into livenation’s site for the first 1 and 1/2 hours! and then all of the damn crashing. It was utterly ridiculous. I gave up, left work, ran errands and got home at 1:00 p.m. got on tried again for deer creek and got the “sorry all tickets have been sold”. Of course I kept hitting refresh over and over for the shits of it. On the 26th refresh, 2 lawn tickets appeared and I finally got the fucking thing to work. score. and I think those were the last two to be had as I’ve been trying for two more with no luck. what a piece of shit website. LN = TM with the same scalping mark ups.
Did anyone get Asheville (besides the lottery)? I don’t know a single soul that did, and I have talked to every Phish fan that I am friends with. This is very discouraging. Not to ruin everyone’s happiness about their Midwest and Northeast tickets or anything.
Congrats to all you guys that got tickets!!! I was not trying to get tickets today (still think they will annouce more shows for July and Aug.) but I followed the whole fuckfest. Can’t wait for Hampton!!!
^Hampton is more here and now than tomorrow’s news. I dare say Hampton is the barometer by which my future interest and investment is measured.

YES!! I got two LAWN seats…FOR JIMMY BUFFETT!!!
Seriously, I was very annoyed at seeing Jimmy Buffett and Phish Alpine on sale on the same date but it turns out Phish is 10am CST so it’s not until 11am EST. I just got on at 10am, and FINALLY got my Buffett tickets. I’ve been trying to see him for YEARS. He’s got to be one of the most brutal tickets to score and I managed to get two lawns or him at Pine Knob in Michigan. Sweet!!!
Let’s hope this good karma continues since I’m sitting here at the local library and going for both the Alpine shows at 11am. I’m just going for one ticket for each so hopefully I’ll have a shot. Judging from this thread it looks like I’m in for quite an adventure. I don’t care though…if I get locked out today, I’ll pay double for them on EBay. I don’t care.
This Livenation site looks weird since it seems to make you request either a lawn or pavilion seat. Frankly, I’d like to use a “best available” option where if it can find pavilion, I’ll take that but I’ll settle for lawn…

Good lord…I kept hitting refresh on 6-20 Alpine and randomly got a “sorry, all tickets for this event have been sold out” notice. I was like, “what the hell…they aren’t even on sale yet.” I hit refresh again and it went back to the normal pre-sale page. Beware, Beware.
Yeah this site is so screwy…Just remain persistence and we’ll eventually get em (hopefully)…This slowdown sucks, but it seems to help alot of us get tickets…Hopefully this is happening to the scalpers.
