Ok, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience folks, but I read all this stuff a long time ago, and I don’t want to go back through it. Can someone tell me or point me to the place that explains what I need on my computer, what to do, and how to decipher the archive? Sorry!
insert disc…
go to computer and open the disc (if it doesnt open itself)
click and drag a box over all teh folders, right click and hit copy
go to where you will be placing them in your hard drive and hit paste
voila… if that dont help then i can rephrase it to sound smarter
-remove chicken from package
-bread the chicken
-bake that shit
-use discs as plates
-fork and knife them shits
-send to next person on list

Sorry y’all. When I asked what I needed, no one told me I needed a DVD burner. That’s why I asked. So, I’m trying to get my friend (with a burner) to do something with these shows so we can have them. Please be patient, I really want these shows. I’m getting tired of all the Phish I’ve had for the last 4 years. I’ve listened to them all a million times!

you need a DVD drive, which you should have.
just rip the contents of the DVD’s on to your HD.

i don’t have a DVD drive. I put the cd in and it doesn’t recognize it. I’ll get it handled though, my buddy saw like 115 shows and is very happy to help so we can have a bunch of shows to share. He’s also a computer genius and has a few computers sitting around. We’re thinking of just turning one into the Knoxville Phish archive or something. Patience is bliss. Thanks for the help a. are sure when you click on the start button (down there on the left) and then “my computer”, there isnt a disc showing in your CD Drive?

well, i mean, i know how to do all that. I’m not that computer illiterate. No, it’s not showing up at all, and when I click on the CD Drive, it comes up with nothing inside. I know it’s because I don’t have a DVD Drive, which you are right, I should, but I don’t. So on to my next plan, which is in the works.
justin if you really want i can prob. make another copy of the whole archive and send it to whomevers next so you can get some time on your hands…
but now i have to go to wal mart and get another spindle o dvds
