yeah that show was sick! when i recognized you it totally blew my mind and still does at what a powerful tool the internet is. i mean without it i would have had no clue who you were. it’s a real mind fuck if you think about that for a while. a real mind fuck. it’s had my mind spinning sort of hahaha.
me @ deer creek:

i’m pretty sure that i saw the guy who wears the timberwolves hat on the lot while i was eating under a tree.

The Thomas Boling Arena from the Summit
Excellent pic.
this thread makes me smile worldwide. When this site was started, Phish was official “over”, and now so many of us have met and thrown down over the years. I am soooo happy Phish tour has brought so many together…
Hey Neil…New Mexican veggie burritos…1 for 3, 2 for 5. Cold Fat Tires…we could rake it IN! Think about it!
Yeah I’d imagine so, pretty amazing what he can trade for rocks/crystals that come from Terra firma, especially the more jewelry like wraps and such
Look at all these gaddamn hippies!!!
Vern: agreed! good to see you around mang
makisupapete: I’m sure we’ll have a chance to meet up at a future show, when we’ll have more time to chat and maybe puff one down
vultured: I have that pic, I’m going to try posting my pics later today
damnit this thread really makes me wish i had met up with some of yall at knoxville. but seeing as it was my first phish experience and i was still trying to meet up with my other friends it was all just too overwhelming. not to mention it was impossible to find anyone in the knoxville lot anyway. oh well, now i have to wait until fall tour…whatever, the band will be on fire by that point.
You gheybhey.

agreed vern… up til this year, and even through post-hiatus, there weren’t a ton of meet-ups to speak of it seemed… just here and there
but this is fanfuckintastic!!! and i think the meet-ups will only get bigger and better
This thread has put a huge smile on my face.
And is Hank sucking thumb?
Hank slept on the porch

I could be, but I doubt it. I never suck my thumb. Not sure what I’m doing.
Sleep-dosing?
Note the deflated T-Wolves hat on the ground.
The “adam in the sunsphere” was comic gold.
Yeah we laughed hardly but quietly behind him when Marianne shot the pic. Then adam gave us a look or said something about it and we almost fell over. That was classic. The spy picture of Hank came out so ever classic, also. I really love the picture of me with my first ticket stub during Golgi. That’s the happiest I’ve ever been in my entire life, and it’s documented on the coolest website in the Milky Way. Geez man, I wish those two days were like the movie Groundhog Day, and we could live it over and over and over again. I do have a strong feeling that Phish will be returning to Asheville and Knox once a year. THAT’S VERY EXCITING!
THANK YOU PHISH!
Ryan, Cody, myself (Matt), and Landon @ The Creek

Our wonderful site that has traveled to every corned of the country with us. (CAMP SOONER!)

good pics, everybody!
great times!
yeah, Knoxville was really the only time i got to meet up with any OKPers (with the exception of Marianne briefly at post-Roo Clean Vibes camp, Hank briefly at Deer Creek and Justin randomly at Deer Creek, at least 5 times at Alpine and later the next night outside the Chicago Greyhound station).
No, Neil i wasn’t at Star Lake but I was at Deer Creek and Alpline as well as the Tennessee shows and i really wanted to meet up with everybody but we kept getting there late, not being able to hang out long or simply, my phone wasn’t on me for most of the trip.
but right now I’m in Colorado- have to go to PA for a wedding and funeral in July. Might be back here for Red Rocks and if i’m not i will most likely be out in Portland around the time of the Gorge- in either case I will do my best to be there ticket or no ticket as i’ve always wanted to go to both venues and Phish is worth seeing anywhere.
So that’s that. Knoxville and Asheville were epic meetups though. It was a blast hanging out with you guys.
picture of Hank on the porch swing is worth a million words.

I can’t remember exactly, but did I run into you and your brother on the way out of Alpine Sunday night?
^ Good to hear you made it out to CO.
