PETITION: No More Automatic Sizing of Threads

This is a petition for the automatic sizing of all the threads, which I assume is an attempt to make things look a tad neater. I like the fact that it makes everything neat and tidy, but it’s really getting on my nerves how it takes a few extra seconds to expand all the thread title boxes to the same size. I’m so used to clicking it right away, that usually when I click, it’s at the exact same moment they expand, and I either get the wrong thread, or the information on someone’s profile… it’s just really annoying, and I’m wondering if anyone else is having this problem.

If not, I guess I’ll just deal with it…

yeah i have that problem…i think its just the time stamp thing taking a second to load…and honestly i could do without that time stamp.

Ok, when you load the front page, and all the threads are listed in their own little individual boxes… When you first load it, they’re all sized differently becuase they say different things and have different amounts of writing in them. But then, they all resize to the boxes are equal and it looks all pretty. It’s in the middle of that when I usually click the thread and it resizes right at the fucking moment I click the thread title, and I get the person’s name who made the thread, or the one above/below it. Very fucking annoying.

I know exactly what you’re talking about.

I hate it when I go into the wrong board or thread.

It is annoying, but I don’t know if there’s much that can be done…?

^Buster, knowing the threads will resize themselves when downloading a bjord wait till they do so then click.

Thats my solution. A dash of patience goes a long way. In essence you are fucking yourself over by being an impatient whiny brat. :slight_smile:

^^the automatic sizing is happening from the “1 minute ago” or “4 hours ago” thing taking an extra second to load.

like i said before i could do without it but ive grown accustomed to waiting a second before i click anything…so whatever, man.

Ahhhh! In THAT case, it WAS my fault! Well, we could put it down to vote, I personally prefer the way it is at the moment.

sometimes i have issues, but sometimes i click so fast i don’t have the issue, it’s that inbetween click that gets me
