This is a fucking crank call, like the millions of other prank calls on youtube. All that said, I’ll humor you, Robert Champion. Let’s say LEO did take the claim seriously. Do you know what law would apply? The Telecommunications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 223(a)(1). The one that makes a prank call a felony if the intent is to “annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass.” But do you want to know the kicker? He avoided that by posting it on youtube.
That’s right. The same reason the Jerkey Boys aren’t in prison is what would save our boy milktrey in court. Because once the intent is “Entertainment or amusement” the felony charge is out the window. Sucks, huh?
