Dude, thanks for joining up and warning us of the dangers milktrey faces, but claiming to represent a company is not a felony. Doing it to extort money might be… but this? This is a fucking crank call, like the millions of other prank calls on youtube. Any LEO that saw this would laugh his ass off and buy milktrey a beer for what he did to you-- um… I mean, the scalper.

All that said, I’ll humor you, Robert Champion. Let’s say LEO did take the claim seriously. Do you know what law would apply? The Telecommunications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 223(a)(1). The one that makes a prank call a felony if the intent is to “annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass.” But do you want to know the kicker? He avoided that by posting it on youtube. That’s right. The same reason the Jerkey Boys aren’t in prison is what would save our boy milktrey in court. Because once the intent is “Entertainment or amusement” the felony charge is out the window. Sucks, huh?
