I noticed the watch is one hour and one minute off from being set to 5:55. Way to by sly about it.

I had this exact experience awhile back. I was at my nieces bball game at a school. I had went to the bathroom and was walking back to the gym when I heard Glide. I immediately stopped and started looking around to find where it was coming from so I could bond with the person playing it then realized it was coming from my phone in my pocket. Was kind of a letdown because I thought I’d make a new friend.
Also, I have been having one of those things with a heightened awareness of the number 555, so I feel like I see it everywhere.

^^I love going to bars and getting wild music. This isn’t Phish related but we went to this random pool bar in the middle of the week in Florida and they must have one of those sweet wacky XM Radio channels on. We got both Mountain Jam and Elizabeth Reed by the Allmans, some sweet Traffic jams, and even some wild songs that we were shocked to find were by the Blue Oyster Cult…we couldn’t believe it was them. We were Shazaming almost every song since I kept being impressed and wanted to know who it was. Always a nice perk to any place.

I just watched Wilson Ramos come to bat in the All Star Game and I’m pretty darn sure I heard the “Wiiiiilsoooon” part playing as his walk-up music. I wonder if that’s what it is all the time…

When they did the promo video for the Falcons before they ran out of the tunnel for the Super Bowl they had Tweezer Reprise playing in the background.
MST3K Season 11 episode 3 (The Time Travelers): During a scene in which preparations are being made for trans-galactic space travel, Jonah (the new human) makes a Phish reference. I am not going to give it away. I imagine some of you are planning on watching the new season.

It cracks me up when I’m in a K-Mart or other department store and still hear Heavy Things. My brother says his Lowes will sometimes play Shine by Trey also.
Speaking of, I’m still angry at Panera for getting rid of the Italian Combo which was easily the best sandwich (and, by consequence, was also the sandwich with the high calories). They dumped and replaced it with this one with half the meats, these weird beans/veggies in place of simple lettuce and tomato and it’s literally half the size of the Combo at the same price. Never going back.
