Other than some of the post-hiatus dreck like Crowd Control and Spread It 'Round, I’d like to see some of the ‘old standby’ ballad encores retired. I love Waste and The Squirming Coil but I wish they’d give 'em a rest and do something else. Basically I think I hate ballad-y encores in general.
I checked post-hiatus statistics and this song surprised me on the total times played list:

But don’t retire it permanently - just shelve it for a while… and play it less often.

I’d say every “staple” song that was butchered at Conventry deserves to be put on break. Especially Split Open And Melt, Ghost, and (it kills me to say this) Mike’s Groove and Stash.

Yeah some pretty good ones have been thrown out there that I would tend to agree with: limb and guyute, but I’m going to go off the board and say shelve Piper. Some of you know my disdain of this song. It is kinda growing on me, but I could go without it. I guess the thing that bothered about about Piper is that I would rather hear so many other long jam vehicle type songs than Piper.

along the lines of what greg said, i don’t need some of the ballad-esque tunes to be shelved, just taken out of the encore slot - or sometimes just bad placement.
Wading and Waste are terrible encores, IMO
