I used to get emails consistently notifying me if a new PM arrived, now I either get them sporadically or well after its arrived or not at all. Anyone else having this problem?
I just don’t get PMs…or emails.

I still get PM email notices. The ‘pop-ups’ for me works here and there, but I think it’s more due to my browser settings (using Chrome) and if I’m already on ohkeepa when the PMs arrive.
Maybe just re-set the email notifications, Katie? or double check if they turn up in your spam folder …
I get the PM’s, but they have sometimes been delayed by days, very odd PA lately!
They all go to my Spam Box! Ooooooo Gahhhhhh
I think there’s a way to add ‘the ian hatton’ so that they don’t go directly into ‘spam.’
for the past month or so i haven’t received any notifications at all. i used to get them whenever someone posted in a thread that i posted in.

^ I think the mods for this sub-forum have deserted us. It has been 3 months and no replies to Katie’s original post, except other users experiencing technical difficulties. Is it even worth it to have a forum on website issues if no one is able to resolve them?? o.O
