i was actually gonna make a similar post not long ago, but thought ‘nah’.
i also feel weird/wrong/awkward about tittie bars, but i’ve been to two different ones in the last two weeks. first one was a ‘celebration’ put together by my buddy who just closed on his new house. it was incredibly uncomfortable because our little group of four were the only people there. i seemed to be the only one who felt weird about it though. the rest of the guys were pretty into it.
exactly one week later i end up at Bazouki’s in Detroit cause another friend of mine is dating one of the dancers. i got a little mad at myself for being all nervous to go and kind of silently asked myself ''what are you so afraid of anyway?" i actually had a good time. got to talk to a couple of the dancers for a while and they were really nice, cool girls that seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. i always just assumed strippers were ‘damaged’ for the most part. anyway, one of the girls gave me a free dance (which at first i didn’t want) and it was…lovely.
i don’t think i’ll be frequenting the titter, but all in all a pleasant experience.
I live about a 2 minute drive to a couple of strip clubs and have not frequented any of them.
In fact the only time I ended up a titty bar was on black out nights in college. It was typically the last stop at the end of the night because they stayed open later than all the bars. I’m not real comfortable in them either, but when your butt wasted it doesn’t really matter I suppose.

It has come to be known as the “Vile Mile” by us locals. There are about 20 strip clubs over about a 4 mile stretch.
I have been to one, about 5 years ago when I didn’t even live near the area. I have absolutely no interest in these fine establishments, it just seems like a waste of time, money, and morals.

There’s one in Regina, but it’s not really a tittie “bar”, as they aren’t allowed to serve alcohol in these places in Regina. So, I’ve never been there. I hear they have some quality gals gettin nekkid, but yeah…I guess like the rest of you, it’s really not my thing. Maybe we’ve just got to get a little older and more desperate first.
The nearest one to me is in WV about an hour away. In WV they get completely naked, but the girls are usually sketchy so I hear. Im happy to say that I’m 22 and I’ve never been to one anywhere.

One thing I especially dislike about it, is that it underlines that long standing suspicion of mine that girls only pretend to be naturally sexual creatures. Really the strippers couldn’t care less about you, and that mirrors how men can wind up feeling like a panting dog with their actual mate. They’re the ones with all the sexy, but we’re the gender preoccupied w/sex all the damn time. They just want money and/or babies.
But they better get pleased, you better satisfy 'em! You know?

I live about 20 minutes from the almighty “8 Mile” that Mr. Leo Lover mentioned so those are probably the closest to me…there could be a Deja Vu that is closer but I’m not sure. Only been to a strip bar maybe two or three times in my life. I don’t know…kind sucks that some don’t have alcohol and in the end, it’s just one big cock-tease…doesn’t seem that fun to have all that in your face but to not take it any further. I’m not a fan of having naked chicks being thrust in my face and not having a convenient place to rub one off as a result. But that’s me…I’ve usually had a good time the few times I’ve gone, though…
