Me and Astralgruv are doing Raleigh - Charlotte - Atl, Atl.
We’re both putting in for two for each show. If we get more than two, we have friends who’ll go to a show or two.
I’m more happy that they’re doing four shows in a row in the south! YES!

Phish Ticket…?
I wasn’t planning on doing any of the lotto, but reading this thread has me thinking it might not be a bad idea…i just don’t want to end up with Lawns, and then have to sell em for a lower price when I end up trying through the public on-sale…hmm, what to do, what to do… ![]()
basically I’m looking at Raleigh->ATL, I might do the lotto for Raleigh…given the fact that Raleigh and Charlotte are not weekends I think the tickets will be score-able

“lay off the pipe man”
ahhhh so simple.
if it was a snake it would have bit me.
I’m just going to sneak into every venue I’m at.
Paying for tickets…suckers!
Is that with or without the “Round Room” sign, Neil?
I keed, I keed!
Oh, and I only put in a request for Alpine night 1.
Due to major financial constraints, it looks like I’m only going to be doing one show at this point. Hopefully things change quickly, but I’m not holding my breath. So, seeing as Toyota Park is the tour kick-off, that is off my list. I guess I feel that the first show of the tour is mostly always a bit “off”.
Then I had to choose between Alpine night 1 or 2. Seeing as night one is on a Saturday night, it seems like the logical choice. What I’m hoping is that once that weekend hits, I’ll be able to just go up on Sunday, and score a ticket for face or cheaper. Don’t care if it’s Pav or not. If it’s anything like last year, it won’t be a problem. crosses fingers
Man, this totally sucks, but it’s just a sign of the times…
I’ve had luck when only requesting 1 ticket to the shows I want to go to. I used to request the max until it got to the point where friends were backing out last minute. Now I look out for only myself, and the mail order system seems to reward me for that. I’d rather sit by myself at a Phish show any way, I don’t like having to talk to people during shows.
EDIT: By the way, I requested 1 to each night of the Greek. And 2 for each night of Atlanta for my bro. I figure if I end up coming back east for more shows then I’ll be able to find tickets for Deer Creek/Alpine.
i put in for two tickets for raleigh, charlotte and atlanta.
and i did the same on my moms card.
my buddy just texted me and wants me to go to the greek so he’s putting in for those.
I did PTBM and ate tickets for Cincy last year. Never again. I’ll take my chances with TM and Ohkeebay if necessary.
i have been convinced to request for ATL shows, given its a holiday and all it seems worth a chance…
i got cincy tickets for $20. but i put in for all the shows i’m going to. i don’t mind the lawn in charlotte. and i’m thinking atlanta will be kinda hard with the capacity and 4th of july and all. so if i get lucky on the lottery and get lawns i’ll try to get pav’s and if i lose a few bucks i don’t really mind. but at least i know i’m in the door.
i don’t really expect to get anything from PTBM though. i never have. not since the doniac schvice. i used to get pavillions for all my shows and they seemed to put people from the same geographical area in the same section.
Put in two for hershey, and two for Sunday’s MPP. Hoping to score something off OhKeeBay to portsmouth not in the lotto, don’t have the money yet.
Yea in 97 three of us put in for single tickets (the other two people were a couple) and pulled some great ones all summer. Crazy part is the lady and I had tickets next to each other all summer. Next to us was 2 other people from Clarkson. The gentleman was seated next to the other two people from Clarkson that was touring with the people we were next to.
Putting in for Telluride and Greek. I will worry about Deer Creek when the time comes.
put in for the shows that are easiest for me to get to, travel-wise. I know I’ll be going to lots of other shows farther away, but which ones won’t be decided until the time comes. I just put in for the ones I KNOW I am going to (except for SPAC, as I said before, since tickets aren’t really necessary there). And as for Deer Creek and Alpine, I just can’t afford to put the $$ up for them now when they aren’t til August…so, for those, I will just hope I can find tix on the lots.
None for me this year.
As for the “checking the bank” thing, I was checking my credit card like mad last time and I actually got the “you’ve got the tickets” e-mail before I ever got a charge on my credit card. Of course, I was calling my credit card so they may not show the “reservation” that they do for these charges.
one ticket request is enough for me this tour… saving for the Fall and the Festival at the end of the Summer.
I’m trying to hit Portsmouth, VA and Raleigh through Atlanta. I put in 3 for both nights of Atlanta and 2 for Portsmouth as those are two small and high demand shows (12,000 and 6,500 respectively). I don’t think Raleigh or Charlotte will be hard at all to score good tickets for face so I’m not putting in for them. I think my sister is putting in for Atlanta and Portsmouth too.
Down to the wire.
Decided to put in one order for Saturday SPAC. Sunday I’ll go Fucketmaster (or livenation or whoever).
