I’m voting for Monkey because I managed to stay dry that whole evening until this encore, at which point I got caught in the moat (where is was surprisingly loud) and proceeded to get more wet than I’ve ever been before.

The day that you arrived…
I just checked and Sleep Again is the only song in the bracket whose featured version I have seen. That being said, I’m rooting for it in this one.
First, I hadn’t heard Sleeping Monkey at all in a couple years, so it was such a treat for me! Plus, I was soaked and LOVING that rain for some reason. It could have been the amazing freedom I felt just giving in. Not caring if I was struck by lightning whatsoever… I almost felt like I was welcoming it. Seriously. I was thinking that whole second set, after I let Adam escape with my pavillion ticket, that at this moment and in this place, that if I was smitten by plasma, I would die the happiest man alive.
I almost forgot what an amazing feeling Deer Creek was, until this reminded me…It slips my mind sometimes, but Deer Creek '09, though only one night, was such an incredibly special event in my life.
